Question 1
How long can i get my stock?
For pre - order product 2-5 week from the closing date. For example closing date is 01/05/2008 around 31/05/2008 you will get the stock availability)
For current stock item you can get it about 2 - 3 days from the date we post.

Question 2
Where all my stock from?
All SCTS stock is import from Taiwan/Japan/Korea/Hong Kong/China.

Question 3
How to make payment?
You can go to bank and bank in the money to SCTS  RHB or PUBLIC   (only M'sia) or Maybank account (M'sia & S'pore)
You also can use ATM or online transfer to SCTS  RHB or PUBLIC (only M'sia) or Maybank account (M'sia & S'pore)

You ever can use paypal to tranfer money to SCTS buy will be in USD because paypal only use USD.

Question 4
Can I cash on delivery ?
Only for Sabah location is town area (S'pore month of 3/6/9/12) 
For pre order item must bank in first once the stock arrive will inform you to collect.


Question 5
If the product i get was damage or size no suitable for me can i exchange it  or request for refund?
We will make sure all the product delivery in good condition.
For the size no suitable it is  no exchangable or refundable. Please make sure you know your body measurement and compare with the measuremnet we provide for each product.

 
What are the measurement of the clothes?

In general, free-size blouse and dress are suitable for the bust of 32-34 inches ladies to wear.

For S, M, L Sizes clothes are suitable for the bust of 32, 34, 36 inches ladies to wear respectively.

For dress/skirt, S, M, L size are suitable for the waist of 26, 28, 30 inches ladies to wear respectively.

For Pants,  S, M, L size are suitable for the waist of 26, 28, 30 inches ladies to wear respectively, low-waist cutting.

For XL item, bust size is 38 inches and waist size is 32 inches. For XXL item, bust size is 40 inches and waist size is 34 inches.

Why the shipping rate for my order so high /low?
Shipping rate is based on parcle weight/capacity. You will discover that ordering the same amount of fall styles, the total shipping fee will be higher than that of Summer styles. It is because of heavier Winter clothes than Summer clothes, which leads to higher shipping fee.
 
 
Is there any extra charge ordering from you?
SCTS would not responsible for any bank charge of your payment, and parcels custom fee/import duties. You may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges.
